Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of jewelry products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item
  • The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Earrings or pierced jewelry (unless damaged on arrival)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: davdanjewelry2018@gmail.com

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or video of the item and packaging

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

4. Return Process

  1. Email us at info@davdanjewelries.com to request a return
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Payments made via credit/debit card, PayPal, Afterpay, or Klarna will be refunded through the same provider
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Davdanjewelries is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend contacting the shipping provider directly for assistance.
